Taking care of your mind, body and soul.

About | Services

Hello and welcome to Dynamic Mental Health of New England!

We currently offer both in-office and telehealth appointments.

Pooja Cheema is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner credentialed with the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

We conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide medication management, and offer supportive therapy. We believe medication can be very helpful and, in some cases, necessary in order to get better. However, we do not believe it is all that is needed to feel better. We strongly believe in incorporating adjuvant therapies and lifestyle modifications to enhance the effects of medication.

In the field of psychiatry, change is constant as treatments are always being improved upon and new medications are being formulated to better our mental health. We will work together as a team in devising a treatment plan that will incorporate your mind, body, and soul.

We Can All Prevent Suicide

Understanding the issues concerning suicide and mental health is an important way to take part in suicide prevention, help others in crisis, and change the conversation around suicide.

Some warning signs may help you determine if a loved one is at risk for suicide, especially if the behavior is new, has increased, or seems related to a painful event, loss, or change. If you or someone you know exhibits any of these, seek help by calling the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Need immediate assistance?

Call or text the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
