Pooja Cheema, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Pooja Cheema is a board-certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, individualized care for adults ages 18 through 64. She is known for her calm, thoughtful approach and for taking the time to listen carefully to each patient’s concerns.
Pooja believes effective treatment begins with understanding the whole person; not just symptoms. She works closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing supportive care.
She founded Dynamic Mental Health of New England in 2021 and has been serving patients across New Hampshire since that time. Patients often describe her as warm, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. Her goal is to create a respectful, judgment-free environment where individuals feel supported throughout their mental health journey.
Outside of work, Pooja enjoys spending time with her family, coaching youth basketball, hiking, skiing, and traveling. She values maintaining balance between professional life and personal well-being, something she encourages her patients to prioritize as well.

Office Administration
Stephanie Resendes, Office Administrator
Stephanie is often the first point of contact for patients and plays an essential role in keeping the practice running smoothly. She assists with scheduling, paperwork, billing, and insurance questions, ensuring patients feel supported from their very first interaction with our office.
Behind the scenes, Stephanie works diligently to create a welcoming and organized experience for every patient.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Much of her free time is spent at hockey rinks cheering on her children, and she serves as team manager for two youth hockey teams. She also enjoys the beach, hiking, and traveling with her family.
Office Mascot
Naya, Office Dog
Naya is our friendly office dog who occasionally visits the clinic. At 15 years young, she has a calm, gentle demeanor and spends much of her time napping or quietly keeping company in the office.
When present, Naya enjoys being petted and cuddled and may sit with patients during visits if they are comfortable and request her presence. Many individuals appreciate her peaceful presence and find her soothing to be around.
Naya is not a therapy or service animal. If you have allergies, concerns about being around dogs, or prefer a dog-free visit, please let our staff know and we will gladly accommodate your needs.
