Insurance & Billing

Dynamic Mental Health of New England is committed to making psychiatric care as accessible and transparent as possible. We work with many insurance plans and will help you understand your benefits and financial responsibilities before your first appointment whenever possible.

Insurance Plans Accepted

We are in-network with many major insurance plans, including:

  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (Carelon Behavioral Health)

  • Cigna (Evernorth)

  • UnitedHealthcare (Optum / UBH / UMR / Surest)

  • Harvard Pilgrim Health Care

  • Health Plans Inc.

  • Wellfleet

Please note: We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid plans.

Coverage and benefits vary by individual plan. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your specific mental health benefits and eligibility for services. Our office is also happy to assist with general insurance questions.

Self-Pay & Out-of-Network Options

For patients who do not have insurance or who choose to use out-of-network benefits, self-pay options may be available. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We can provide documentation for patients who wish to submit claims to their insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on their plan’s out-of-network benefits.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

If you are uninsured or choosing to pay out-of-pocket, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care under federal law.

Billing & Payment

We accept most major forms of payment. Co-pays, deductibles, and any outstanding balances are the responsibility of the patient and are typically due at the time of service.

If you have questions about billing, statements, or insurance claims, our office administrator is happy to assist you.

Important Notes

  • Insurance coverage and benefits are determined by your individual plan
